Here's what you can expect from our Team Around The Child Service:

Identifying Key Adults

Work closely with our team to identify the key adults who will form the support team around your child, including the class teacher, school pastoral team, SENDCo, external specialists, and your child themselves.

Facilitating TAC Meetings

Facilitate termly TAC meetings in person or remotely focusing on your child's strengths, past, present, and future concerns, and collaboratively agreeing upon an action plan for both school and home.

Regular Progress Reviews & Continued Support

Review progress termly, setting new targets as previous ones are achieved to continually address your child's needs and ensure meaningful progress towards their goals. The TAC Services continue until no longer required, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout your child's educational journey.
